Michael Braun is the Founder and CEO of Franklin Benefits Group, LLC, bringing more than 17 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. Prior to launching his own firm in 2003, Michael honed his expertise working for major national carriers including Aetna and UnitedHealthcare, gaining valuable insight into the complexities of health insurance and benefits administration. He is a graduate of Temple University's Fox School of Business, where he majored in Risk Management and Insurance. Motivated by the challenges human resources professionals face in balancing cost control with quality benefits, Michael founded Franklin Benefits Group to provide small businesses across Bucks and Montgomery Counties with strategic, high-touch guidance. He remains deeply committed to client advocacy, community service, and delivering smart, tailored benefits strategies to every organization he serves.
