A fixed monthly-cost arrangement that combines predictable budgeting with self-funding features. If claims run favorably, eligible employers may receive a surplus return at the end of the plan year.
Customized group health plans for employers prepared to assume claims risk. We help evaluate plan design, stop-loss protection, cash-flow considerations, and ERISA-related compliance responsibilities.
A cost-containment strategy that establishes spending limits for shoppable medical services. Employees can compare lower-cost, quality alternatives while employers gain greater control over benefit spending.
Employer-owned reimbursement arrangements paired with eligible high-deductible health plans. HRAs can cover all or part of an employee deductible while allowing unused funds to return to the employer.
Tax-advantaged savings accounts paired with qualified high-deductible health plans. Employees own their accounts and can use available funds for eligible healthcare expenses under applicable rules.
